Important changes to Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM and the Woolworths Global Roaming Service Terms and Conditions
What are these changes?
The Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM is no longer available on and from 30 November 2019 and changes will be made to the Woolworths Global Roaming Service Terms and Conditions.
What does this mean for you?
You will no longer be able to use the Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM after 30 November 2019. However, we will provide you with a free replacement Woolworths Global Roaming Data Pack.
Changes to the Woolworths Global Roaming Service Terms and Conditions mean that if we make a change to these Terms and Conditions in the future, we will comply with the following notice periods:
1. If a change to the Woolworths Global Roaming Service Terms and Conditions has no effect on you or will leave you in a better position, we will make the change immediately.
2. If the change will have a small negative impact on you, we will give you five days’ notice.
3. If the change will have more than a small negative impact on you, we will give you 30 days’ notice before making the change.
If a future change to the Woolworths Global Roaming Service Terms and Conditions we make has a material negative impact on you, you may cancel your SIM within 30 days of receiving notice of the change by contacting our Customer Service.
What about unused credits?
You may use your existing credit until 30 November 2019. Any new credit purchase will expire on 30 November 2019.
For customers who purchased credit prior to these changes of terms and conditions, we will refund to you any unused and unexpired credit as at 30 November 2019 for the Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM. You must request this refund by 28 February 2020.
After 28 February 2020, you will no longer be able to request a refund, and any unused credit at that time will expire and no longer be available to you.
What will happen to the credit I buy before the expiry date?
Any credit you buy from now until 30 October 2019 expires on the earlier of 30 November 2019 or after 180 days from the date of purchase.
You will not be able to purchase credit for the Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM after 30 September 2019.
Can you get an alternative service?
Yes. We will provide you with a Woolworths Global Roaming Data Pack as a replacement, free of charge, before the Woolworths Global Roaming Voice & Data SIM service expires.
This Woolworths Global Roaming Data Pack includes a SIM and complimentary 200MB data.
To receive this replacement SIM Pack, you will need to sign up and accept the offer via an email which contains instructions on how to sign up for this offer.
